Marketing Manager’s Duties and Responsibilities

Overall Responsibility
Maganjo Grain Millers is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee and coordinate the marketing activities of the company. The suitable person will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends and consumer preferences that can inform marketing strategies

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• To raise awareness and generate demand for the company products
• To be in charge of creating and implementing marketing strategies that aim to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement
• To work closely with sales and production departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals and objectives.
• To plan and coordinate the identification of potential customers and developing marketing campaigns
• To design, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns and directing social media engagement strategy
• To review advertising material for print and digital media and collaborating with advertising companies.
• To analyze market trends and conduct market research.
• To be responsible for maintaining consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media
• To oversee the work of the marketing team by providing guidance, direction,
• and feedback to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the expected standards
