Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement: Drive customer engagement by actively prospecting and nurturing relationships through field visits, cold calling, and exceptional service.
- Sales support: Provide sales support by creating client quotes, proposals, and presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and business objectives.
- Market research: Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, and provide customer preferences and market requirements to the team.
- Reporting and documentation: Efficiently manage documentation and reporting by maintaining proper records of sales interactions, leads, and business development activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree; preferably in business administration / sales / marketing.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
