Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage adherence to trading terms and contracts. Implement tactical plan by key account customer.
• Manage the implementation of execution elements as per the Look of Success for all key account channels
• Oversee customer relationships and engagements.
• Oversee revenue growth management initiatives.
• Jointly develop key account customer plans and ensure tactical execution.
• Manage diverse high calibre team.
• Grow Key Account volume and value in a particular channel.
• Build effective relationship with Key Account customers.
Skills, Experience & Education
• Minimum of 5-7 Years relevant experience.
• Proven track record in Sales – including a Knowledge of Sales and Market trends and needs.
• Strong commercial capability
• Customer service orientation.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Well-developed Interpersonal skills.
