Human Resource Officer Genius Hub Limited

Our client is a clearing and forwarding firm seeking a dynamic Human Resource Personnel. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing human resource functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Source and recruit candidates for various positions.
Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation and training programs.

Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Handle employee queries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive workplace culture.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
• Assist in developing performance improvement plans.
Support managers in addressing performance-related matters.

Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Promote continuous learning and development opportunities.
• Support career development initiatives.

HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to assess policy adherence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 2 years experience in an active role as an HR professional.
• A skill set of leadership working with multi-levelled teams.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Flexibility and the ability to take on a variety of tasks to support branch operations
