Job Summary: The Manager Customer Experience will be responsible for driving the customer service strategy and promoting a high-quality service culture by implementing initiatives for customer retention
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields
- At least five years of practical and progressive experience in customer service
- Public speaking, oral and written communication skills
- Decision making, interpersonal and people management skills
- Relationship and stakeholder management
