Pearl Dairy is a fast-growing Ugandan company specializing in the production of nutritious high-quality products. The company started its operations in 2013 as a B2B milk powder manufacturer supplying to East Africa, but has grown its brand, Lato Milk, from a B2B product to a branded house of products offering a variety of high quality B2B and B2C nutritious products in the East African region and beyond.

We source raw milk from more than 10,000 smallholder farmers in Uganda and 5,000 in Kenya and sell across 10 countries in Africa and Asia. We have grown to become Uganda’s largest dairy processor, providing dairy extension services to 1600+ farmers directly and collecting over 30% of milk directly from individual farmers.

Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) Coordinator role is to drive the seamless integration and optimal utilization of sales force automation tools and technologies within the organization. By strategically managing and enhancing the SFA systems, the SFA Coordinator plays a pivotal role in elevating the efficiency, productivity, and overall performance of the sales team. This position is dedicated to ensuring that the sales force has the necessary tools and support to thrive in a technologically advanced and competitive business landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• User Training and Support:
o Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure proper utilization of SFA tools.
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SFA system users.
• Implementation and Integration:
o Collaborate with internal, and external stakeholders and other relevant teams to implement SFA tools and technologies.
o Ensure seamless integration of SFA systems.
• Data Management:
o Oversee data entry and maintenance within the SFA system.
o Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support reliable reporting and analytics.
• Customization and Configuration:
o Customise and configure SFA tools based on the specific needs and processes of the sales team.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Develop and generate reports on sales performance and key metrics using SFA tools.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay informed about new features and updates in SFA technology.
o Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any other relevant field
• 2-4 years of working experience in a similar set up
• Good Excel skills
• Tech Savvy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player
