Regional Mobilisers Junior Achievement Uganda (JA)

Junior Achievement Uganda (JA), a non-profit international organization operating since 2008 Reg. NO. INDR85334810NB prepares young people to succeed in the 21st-century global economy through experiential learning in financial literacy, employability, and entrepreneurship.
JAU is poised to implement a range of programs in 2024, aiming to impact over 100,000 youths in career readiness, entrepreneurship, and leadership. This initiative targets various groups, including NEETs, secondary school graduates unable to access university, TVET trainees, urban slum youths, refugees, school dropouts, young women in vulnerable communities, and students.
We invite applications from candidates passionate about youth development, particularly those possessing the following competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Business, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Minimum of one year of professional experience in teaching, working, or volunteering with youth.
Experience working with Out of out-of-school youth is advantageous.
• Proficiency in training large teams in entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.
Capacity to mobilize participants for community-based training.
• Ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships at the regional level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
