Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa /CCBA is the largest African Coca-Cola bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda /CCBU is a subsidiary of CCBA, and we are currently seeking to recruit a Depot Manager.

As a Depot Manager, you will report directly to the Logistics Director.

KEY PURPOSE STATEMENT
The primary role of the Depot Manager is to lead the implementation of the business plan and have oversight of its execution through synchronized and effective Warehousing, Fleet, customer collaboration, and Distribution plans

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop the Logistics Strategy and Operational Plan
• Develop, manage, and control the logistics budget.
Develop a range of Logistics function-specific business cases for motivating Capex spend.
• Apply The Supply Chain Way principles and practices.
• Monitor KPIs across each Logistics function.
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial and collaborative relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Review and report on Logistics operations.
• Monitor and control inventory.
• Monitor and control Settlement practices.
• Benchmark and monitor warehouse management system performance.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse performance.
• Enable optimal Distribution planning.
• Control the execution of the Distribution Plan
• Optimize individual and team performance and development.
• Manage fleet and Cold Drinks Equipment (CDE) Services
• Control asset care and fleet safety.

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Added advantage: Specialized training in Supply Chain Management or in MSD365.

Experience
• At least 3 years in Logistics Management

Competencies
• Ability to work in teams.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making
• Master Data Maintenance.
• Computer knowledge
