About the Data Fellowship Program:

Dalberg Data Insights is seeking three Data Fellows to join their team. As a Data Fellow, you will actively participate in ongoing projects, rotating between various Data Science and Project Management roles. This six-month program offers a comprehensive learning experience, encouraging fellows to drive initiatives related to data for development. Successful fellows will be offered full-time employment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and on multiple engagements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of the social impact sector and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and practical implementation in product development.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital solutions.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management skills.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and adapt to their needs.
