Position Overview:
The General Manager of Magnum Security Company Limited (Magnum) will report directly to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field and possess at least eight (8) years of professional work experience as a Senior Manager in the private sector, particularly within the security industry. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic approach for Magnum to effectively meet clients’ needs.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on performance.
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership for Magnum, including staff management and client financial management.
- Select and implement projects.
- Strategically plan and execute initiatives.
- Report to the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Ugandan national.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional work experience as a Senior Manager in the private sector, preferably within the security industry.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient command of spoken and written English.
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
- Versatility, judgment, maturity, and the ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Possession of Military/Police training is an added advantage.
