Job Summary: We are seeking a professional IT Assistant to join our Protea Team. Our ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for IT and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven expertise with over 2 years of experience in the IT field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
