Office Attendants x2 Masaka Diocesan Medical Services

Reports to District DREAMS project officer
Job summary: The office attendant will be in charge of the district DREAMS coordination office. She will ensure that the office is tidy and support DREAMS activities at office and community as need might arise.

Key duties & responsibilities:

● Acting as a reception and orientation of visitors at the office
● Helping in printing and photocopying of DREAMS tools and other relevant documents
Filing reports and other relevant documents as guided by the district project officer and putting them into custody
● Engage in some project field activities as need arises
● Requisitioning and distribution of office and field supplies among sub counties of operation

Qualifications/skills/experience

● The ideal candidate for this position should preferably be and AGYW who benefited/still benefiting in the DREAMS program
● She should preferably hold at least a senior four (UCE) certificate
Demonstratable good communication and reception skills
● She should have an interest to learn and master project technicalities
● Having worked in the DREAMS program before in any area is an added advantage.
