Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Master Grain Milling Ltd

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial success.

Job description

• Develop financial strategy that minimises risk and forecast opportunity;
• Maintain sound Accounting Policies and Procedures;
Maintain the Accounting IT system with complete and accurate records; Maintain/reconcile the Fixed Assets to the general ledgers;
• Perform regular high level financial reporting and analysis;
• Prepare annual Budget and perform regular review;
• Manage the Cash flows;
• Improve efficiencies and reduce costs;
• Perform product costing and pricing by closely monitoring competition;
• File tax returns and other statutory deductions;
• Maintain relationships with Customers, Vendors, Banking Institutions, Auditors etc;
• Debt management and collection;
• Coordinate periodic internal audits and year end External Audits;
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations;
• Provide leadership and mentor the team.

Job Specifications

• MUST have a first class Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics from a recognised university and MUST be a Certified Public Accountant.
• At least 10 years work experience in a similar position in a medium or large organization.
Other post graduate qualification in business would be an added advantage.
