Marketing Manager Inputi Limited

Background
Inputi is an agro digital marketplace that leverages technology to aggregate demand and supply of genuine farm inputs by farmers and dealers, respectively. After aggregating, Inputi implements a last mile delivery to farms through an integrated digital marketplace across Uganda.

Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, ensuring product dissemination to both primary and secondary customers and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels. You will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage market research and analytics to make data-driv- en marketing decisions, ultimately contributing to the achievement of business objectives and fostering strong brand presence for Inputi and will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Experience in market research, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Strong understanding of brand development principles and experience in building and managing a brand Ability to develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Experience in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across various channels and mediums Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and ROI
• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead and inspire a marketing team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and external partners
• Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of campaigns within budget

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business administration, or a related field. CIM is an added advantage.

Experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the agritech or related industries Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and driving brand awareness.
