PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring an end to end HK agenda that closely supports the overall business objectives of BRAC Uganda Bank.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Any related field.
• At least 5 years of practical and progressive experience in an HR/People development role.
Practical experience/exposure to HR Business Partnering model is an added advantage
• Understanding of Uganda laws governing financial institutions
• Interpersonal and people management skills Organization and planning skills
• Proactive and independent
