Commercial Digital Integration Lead ABInBev

This role is responsible for integrating commercial planning cycles and strategies with digital capabilities in BUSE markets. This role will support standard data-driven and digital-first commercial planning cycle across markets, including strategic business cycle , initiative execution, optimization, and learning agenda. This role will be responsible for developing data and analytics capabilities and insights for strategy prioritization, execution optimization, impact maximization, and learning cycle. This role will lead creation of and run BU Centers of Excellence across commercial routines to ensure best practice shared and routines monitored. This role will also be responsible for leading integration between digital transformation and trade and marketing investment to drive business goals of brand power and POC ambassadors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Define, socialize, and implement integrated commercial digital planning cycle across markets
• Develop high priority actionable dashboards to drive insights driven commercial performance
Lead implementation of standard set of roles and routines in commercial teams (conduct audits and evaluations of country adherence)
• Create BU Centers of Excellence between functions across countries to promote knowledge sharing and value unlocking
Support BUP, Country Heads, and Commercial Strategy team with relevant commercial insights to integrate into commercial planning cycles
• Ensure integration between commercial and brand marketing into brand planning cycles to enable portfolio optimization and growth of brand power and POC ambassadors
• Lead development of analytics and insights capabilities for strategy prioritization, execution optimization, ROI maximization, & learning cycle
• ROI and impact tracking of investment and spend effectiveness versus commercial initiatives, as well as advising commercial leadership on resource allocation
This role has a high impact on organisation results. This role will work across African markets, focusing on building on existing RTM transformational elements (Kuja, CXC, BEES, etc) to bring digital-first commercial routines into countries. This role will be a key player in delivering commercial ROI and cost to serve optimizations in countries, as data is tied to commercial initiatives and ROI is articulated across markets.

Profile:
• Analytical skills, in particular the ability to effectively pull second-order insights out of commercial data
• Internal and external communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to get results from varied cross-functional stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Experience with P&L and / or value chain management
• Experience in ABI commercial and logistics functions (sales, trade marketing, RTM) a benefit
• Experience operationalizing high-level strategy into results on the ground in ROA markets
