Key duties and responsibilities
• We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will help recruit, support, counsel, and develop talent;
• Should be open to experience i.e. eager to learn, creative, welcoming to new ideas, etc.
• Should be a committed and approachable individual;
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures;
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues;
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements;
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance;
• The minimum level of experience as an administrator or HR officer required is less than 2 months to 1 year in a busy office and an age limit of 21-30 years of age preferably female.

Skills required for this role
• Good communication skills, honesty, trustworthiness, and good interpersonal skills.
• Good Excel and computer skills.
