Job Title:   Sales Administration – Assistant Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stamp and sign transfer forms before delivering them to the respective dealers.
  • Scan and upload transferred logbooks into the ERP system.
  • Engage URA agents to submit logbook documents to URA and ensure transfer of ownership.
  • Update the status of transferred logbooks in the ERP to the correct status.
  • Contact clients whose logbooks have been transferred to inform them to pick them up.
  • Prepare weekly reports on transferred logbooks, insurances, and issued cases.
  • Call clients who have paid off to make payments for logbook transfers and acquire their TINs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a degree in any related field.
  • One to two years of working experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions.
  • Strong communication skills.
