Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of wheat flour production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular quality checks on incoming wheat grains, milling operations, and finished flour products.
  • Utilize precision testing equipment and techniques to analyze flour samples for moisture content, protein levels, gluten quality, and other critical parameters.
  • Document inspection findings accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control data.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor sanitation practices and hygiene standards in the production environment to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in quality control for wheat flour processing.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Previous experience in quality control or food production preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for food processing.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
