Manager HR Shared Services BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for driving the shared services of HR in order to ensure operational excellence and efficiency while mitigating risks in execution of HR all processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Any related field.
• At least 5 years of practical and progressive experience in an HR/People development role Evidence of leading digitization of HR processes is a plus.
HR experience in a regulated financial institution is an added advantage
Good numerical skills and good understanding of employment laws
• Very good understanding of the entire Human Resource processes.
Good understanding of Human Resource transactions, pay roll experience with specific focus on reconciliation and accounting
• Interpersonal and people management skills
• Organization and planning skills
• Proactive and independent
