Job Summary:  The Administration Officer will provide administrative support through Planning, coordinating, and maintaining bank fleet management system, courier services and all related payments in line with Bank business strategy.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning, monitoring, and coordinating transport activities of the bank in line with Asset Management policies and procedures and other bank policies.
  • Planning and managing stationery ordering, receipt, and issuance.
  • Carrying out quarterly inventory stock taking and reporting
  • Fuelling and all Bank fleet inventory
  • Carrying out monthly stationery issuance and cost posting for all cost centers
  • Planning, coordinate and monitor service and maintenance and repairs of bank inventory fleets in accordance with maintenance schedules
  • Handling payments related to vehicle maintenances, stationery supplies.
  • Carrying out routine and accurate, timely processing of payments of all contracted service providers.
  • Planning & monitor renewal of motor vehicle insurances and parking permits in line with Statutory requirements and bank policies.
  • Manage both internal and external courier services of the Bank.
  • Manages the telephone allocation, usage, and payments.
  • Ensuring all courier services are effectively and efficiently operational.
  • Prepare and submit monthly vehicle and fuel utilization reports with clear recommendation for improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must hold a University degree in a relevant field.
  • At least two years of related work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the bank’s products and services in relation to the competition.
