Jolems Investments Limited, a leading manufacturer of of paper, food, and plastic is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our team in achieving ambitious sales and brand awareness goals. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, managing a team of talented professionals, and driving profitable growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Establish sales goals and quotas for the team and individual sales representatives.
• Identify and analyze target markets and customer segments.
• Develop and implement effective pricing and discounting strategies.
• Sales and Marketing Manager presenting to a team Marketing Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relations, and event marketing.
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing campaigns.
Team Leadership and Management:
• Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales and marketing professionals.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Provide ongoing training and development for the team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sales and Marketing Operations:
• Implement and manage CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with an MBA.
• Five to seven years of experience in a sales and marketing management role.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales and marketing goals.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Highly analytical and data-driven approach.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools is preferred.
